Game file is a single file; however, it may be split into multiple parts. rar is the default file extension for it. The file size of a file part may be smaller than the game file. The file parts and the game file must be on the same destination drive.

To determine the level of concern about a pediatric emergency and to assess the association between the level of concern and the number of family members present at the emergency department (ED) at the time of admission, number of telephone calls, the time that elapsed between the onset of the emergency and the time that the caller dialed the center, and the first attending physician seen by the caller. A cross-sectional study was performed of all calls made to the ED of a general hospital. The level of concern was determined by assigning a verbal numerical rating scale to the caller's description of the severity of the problem. The severity of the problems described by the caller was defined by a previously established scale. The association between the level of concern and the time elapsed between the onset of the emergency and the time that the caller dialed the center was also assessed. The study included 1131 calls to the center during a 3-month period. The mean (+/-SD) level of concern of the caller was 4.21 +/- 2.1.
